software, hardware and telecommunications systems. Our team is able to resolve any requests about technical issues with multiple ways (either by phone, remotely by web support or on site) in short time and to supply our clients with the appropriate IT applications & systems providing all the necessary training.
Technical support services include:
• Technical support of computers systems & devices (workstations, appliances, notebooks, handhelds servers, all-in-one/multifunction machines, network software, large-format printers & plotters)
• Services concerning investigation, development, installation and maintenance of LAN & WAN networks
• Virtual Private Networks (VPN) building between different subsidiaries or remote locations, VoIP systems
