DAEM S.A. offers a wide range of services, undertaking and implementing multi-tier projects, such as integrated information and technology system solutions for Municipalities, Agencies, and Organizations in Greece; the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects in both the private and public sector, providing high-quality digital services; the participation in and management of European co-funded research programs; as well as the techno-economic maturation and management of NSRF-funded projects.
Η πορεία της ξεκίνησε πριν από 45 χρόνια, ως εταιρεία μηχανογράφησης για τον Δήμο Αθηναίων και υπήρξε πρωτοπόρος στην εφαρμογή των νέων πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και τεχνολογιών. Ο μετασχηματισμός της, το 2008, σε Ανώνυμη Αναπτυξιακή Εταιρεία ΟΤΑ σηματοδότησε τη νέα δυναμική στρατηγική της. Από τότε και μέχρι σήμερα έχει ανοίξει τους ορίζοντές της και μεταφέρει τη δύναμη της πληροφορικής στην καθημερινότητα του πολίτη. Ταυτόχρονα με υπεύθυνες και τεκμηριωμένες προτάσεις συνεχίζει να χαράζει μια πορεία επιτυχημένης παρουσίας στη Δημόσια Διοίκηση. Συνδέει αποτελεσματικά τον πολίτη-δημότη αλλά και τον επισκέπτη της πόλης με το Δήμο ενισχύοντας την αμφίδρομη επικοινωνία τους (π.χ. ΚΕΠ, ΟΠΑΝΔΑ, κ.α), ενώ συμβάλλει συστηματικά και στην ψηφιακή σύγκλιση των προτύπων λειτουργίας του Δήμου Αθηναίων με αυτά των άλλων Ευρωπαϊκών Δήμων.
DAEM S.A. constitutes the technological and digital arm of the Municipality of Athens and other Local Authorities, through which Local Authorities modernize their operations and infrastructures and effectively utilize European programs, in order to provide cutting-edge, modern services to their citizens.
Undertaking and implementing those projects that provide balanced and sustainable growth for the company—namely, projects that add practically useful know-how, capitalizable, reusable, and expandable, while at the same time benefiting the citizen and serving the long-term advancement of the interests and image of both the company and the Municipality as modern structures of local government.
