LIABILITY ΔΑΕΜ A.E. μέσω του διαδικτυακού τόπου της daem.grDAEM S.A., through its website daem.gr, provides its services under the following terms of use, which visitors/users are asked to read carefully and may access/use the pages/services only if they fully accept them. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Visitors/users are responsible for accessing the services of daem.gr and for any payment of fees to third parties (e.g., internet service providers, charges for connection time). They are also solely responsible for having the necessary personal equipment and technological means that allow them to access the services.
If visitors/users wish to register for the services of daem.gr, they agree to:

Members remain solely responsible for all actions carried out under their personal access password, username, and, more generally, their user account. Members agree to notify daem.gr immediately of any unauthorized use of their account and of any actual or potential security breaches. Additionally, members are exclusively responsible for the careful use of their account and for properly logging out at the end of each session. Daem.gr is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from members’ failure to comply with or follow this provision. After the creation of the account, deletion of the account is not possible.
Daem.gr reserves the right to send promotional material and presentations of its services, or advertising material from third parties, to its users/members.
Daem.gr reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently suspend part or all of its services, with or without prior notice to its users/members.
Users/members acknowledge and accept that daem.gr reserves the exclusive right to suspend the use of their access credentials to its services and/or to restrict access to its content for users/members whom it believes have violated the letter or spirit of these terms of use.
Daem.gr assumes no responsibility for any communication between users/members and third-party service providers advertised on daem.gr, nor for any commercial transaction that may arise from their interaction.

Daem.gr complies with Decision Z1-496/2000 regarding distance sales and the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection. Accordingly, it is obligated to inform prospective customers about: a) the essential characteristics of the goods and/or services offered, b) the price, c) the quantity and shipping costs, d) the value-added tax, if not included in the price, e) the method of payment, f) the method of delivery and execution, g) the duration of the offer or price validity and h) the right of withdrawal.
